Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of equipment at customer sites; attend to technical issues on-site or remotely
• Collect technical data, compile detailed service reports, and apply diagnostic techniques to isolate and resolve malfunctions
• Assess problem severity, determine corrective actions, and escalate appropriately
• Address customer needs through clear communication and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
• Share technical knowledge to support continuous improvement and product training needs

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering or related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with ability to independently test, service, and repair equipment
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed environments
• Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically or internationally as required
