Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing copy and visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and sales materials, under guidance
• Execute basic photo and video production tasks, including setup, filming, and post-production support
• Produce short-form and long-form digital content with review and feedback
• Prepare and schedule LinkedIn-focused content using structured frameworks (e.g. AIDA)
• Support content planning and publishing across relevant digital channels
• Assist in the planning and coordination of industry exhibitions and marketing events
• Prepare booth materials, brochures, and marketing collaterals
• Provide on-site support during exhibitions and events when required
• Conduct basic competitor and industry research for internal reference
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across EcoSys
• Support quality checks to ensure materials meet internal and external standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to write clear and structured marketing content with a willingness to learn B2B technical copywriting.
• Proficiency in design and basic video editing; experience in Canva and CapCut is required for content production.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for vendor and partner liaison.
• Eager to learn and comfortable working in a growing team environment.
