Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order coordination. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role involves working closely with production, quality, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions and offering assistance.
  • To process customer request by coordinating with production, quality, purchasing, store & logistics.
  • To plan and schedule work flow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • To expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • To prepare production reports for internal use and for customers.
  • To resolve billing problems by identifying the problem, explaining procedures, forwarding required adjustments.
  • To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
  • To establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company. This is achieved using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark.
  • To identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration or related field.
  • Possession of interpersonal skills to relate cordially with different classes of people.
  • Smart thinker in providing solutions to the problems of customers.
  • 3 years of related work experience.
  • Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions, ability to be thorough and extremely analytical, quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues may arise from time to time, open minded and enthusiastic.
