Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing quality meeting customer requirements, and drive plant wide end to end process quality improvement continuously.
• Liaise with customer on product quality issues, and carry out investigation to identify causes of complaints. Resolve inquiries to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing.
• Coordinate on Quality incident 8D investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions and implementing appropriate adjustments.
• Coordinate NPI build and FAIR submission.
• Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer.
• To ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) requirements.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
• To troubleshoot quality issues and modify product procedures.
• To conduct analysis checks on product specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related discipline required.
• Knowledge of QMS/EMS and Measurement system.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing working experience in Quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn production processes, strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
