How To Tackle Key Processes

From Drawing to Delivery

Component Fabrication

We fabricate precision metal and plastic parts, weldments, and tubing assemblies to customer drawing using CNC milling, lathe, wire cutting, tube cutting, and tube bending in our controlled production environment.

Cleanroom Welding

Critical weldments are produced inside our ISO Class 5 cleanroom using orbital and tack welding processes. Purging gas pressure is controlled throughout to ensure weld purity and compliance with customer specifications.

Leak Testing and Particle Counting

Every weldment undergoes helium leak testing using a high-sensitivity mass spectrometer. Particle counting verifies that completed components are free from particulate contamination before they proceed to packaging.

Cleaning, Packing and Delivery

Components are cleaned using our ultrasonic deionised water cleaning line, inspected against customer drawings, vacuum packed, and delivered ready for direct integration into your fluid system.
